To find out more visit www.lenovo.com and read about the latest news via our StoryHub. ### Description and Requirements We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to drive the Lenovo XR Business Unit's technical product roadmap and long-term strategy. This will include owning key relationships for the XR business as well as overseeing the product management strategy for our end-to-end (E2E) One Lenovo XR Solutions. This leadership role will be responsible for driving the development execution and delivery of innovative solutions that extend beyond our current product portfolio aligning with strategic business goals and technological advancements. The Director will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to build impactful and scalable product management strategies ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes. Learn more about One Lenovo XR Solutions here. Key Responsibilities: Technical Strategy & Vision: Define and own the XR technical product strategy and long-term roadmap. Anticipate industry shifts and align product direction with emerging technologies to ensure Lenovo remains at the forefront of XR innovation. Product Road mapping & Architecture: Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed product roadmaps across hardware software and platform layers. Partner with engineering to evaluate architectures dependencies and trade-offs ensuring technical feasibility and scalability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales product development marketing etc.) and external partners to drive collaboration and deliver high-impact XR solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring alignment and consensus on plans and execution. Partner Engagement: Manage relationships with strategic technology and business partners to co-develop solutions that address evolving customer needs and expand beyond existing product offerings. Foster long-term partnerships that drive growth and innovation. KPI Management: Own and track KPIs including Proof-of-Concept (POC) success revenue growth and partner/stakeholder feedback. Continuously evaluate and adjust plans based on performance data and market trends to maximize impact. Customer & Market Insight: Drive voice-of-customer initiatives user research and customer feedback loops. Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor offerings to inform product direction. Represent the customer internally to ensure product decisions reflect real user needs. Business Acumen: Take ownership of the business metrics tied to product success. Understand and manage P&L responsibilities ensuring that all initiatives contribute to the overall profitability and growth of the business. Execution & Delivery Oversight: Ensure successful execution of product initiatives from discovery to delivery. Monitor progress remove roadblocks and ensure timely product releases. Track and report on product KPIs user engagement and overall performance. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of product management professionals fostering a collaborative innovative and high-performance culture. Provide guidance and development opportunities to ensure team members grow in their careers and contribute to organizational success. Basic Qualifications: 15+ years of relevant work experience with at least 5+ years of people management experience Expertise in product lifecycle management road mapping backlog prioritization and product discovery Experience in managing and driving value from strategic long-term relationships with external partners across technologies and opportunities Deep understanding of E2E industry solutions and emerging technologies within the XR space. Proven track record of managing and influencing multiple internal and external stakeholders across complex programs. Demonstrated success in executing large-scale cross-functional initiatives. Preferred Qualifications: MBA Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-driven outcomes. Strong understanding of P&L management business metrics industry profit pools and how to drive value through strategic efforts Ability to align diverse teams and interests toward common goals.
