Asegurar la correcta implementación de cambios normativos en la operatoria de la compañía minimizando riesgos de incumplimiento y asegurar la calidad de la información presentada.  💡 Desafíos y Oportunidades  Coordinar y supervisar la confección validación y presentación de los distintos regímenes informativos exigidos por organismos regulatorios (ej. BCRA CNV UIF BCU CMF). Monitorear plazos de entrega y asegurar que los reportes se presenten en tiempo y forma gestionando un calendario de vencimientos aplicable a cada ente regulatorio. Mantenerse actualizado sobre cambios normativos aplicables y evaluar impactos en nuevas regulaciones. Validar la integridad y consistencia de la información enviada diseñando controles internos para prevenir errores o inconsistencias. Coordinar con las distintas áreas de Prex (IT Data Compliance Administración) la información a ser incluida en los reportes. Impulsar la optimización de procesos de reporting mediante herramientas tecnológicas levantando incidencias y fallas en tiempo y forma. Implementar indicadores de gestión que permitan monitorear el cumplimiento y evitar sanciones por incumplimientos o presentaciones tardías.   🔍 ¿Qué buscamos?  Formación en Derecho Contabilidad Actuario Administración Economía o carreras afines. Más de 5 años de experiencia en áreas regulatorias compliance reporting o auditoría en instituciones financieras mercado de valores o sujetos regulados. Conocimiento profundo de normativa aplicable (ej. BCRA CNV UIF CMF BCU). Experiencia en procesos de reporting regulatorio. Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos (Excel SQL Power BI deseable). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a liaison for internal and external regulatory compliance matters (e.g. commercial and logistics processes staff training vendor interactions and customer complaints) Manage the company’s compliance to Globally Harmonized System (GHS) requirements regarding labels Safety Data Sheets and other related paperwork that accompanies our products. Develop and implement an export compliance program to ensure the organization operates in accordance with state and federal laws Oversee the maintenance and retention of regulatory reports registrations permits and applications for same Utilize the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) for export control and be able to assign appropriate ECCNs for export compliance Apply for US export license/approval when deemed necessary. Work with Logistics to ensure that the appropriate export declarations physical marking of goods etc. are being used on all export shipments Remain up to date on federal and state laws related to the organization and update policies accordingly. Perform compliance audits to determine whether established protocols are being followed and where they can be improved Other duties as assigned Requirements: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
