Partner with Sales and Marketing to streamline lead routing handoff and tracking. Campaign generation - work with AE and BDR team to create outbound campaigns  Monitoring messaging and iterate for success. Troubleshoot system issues and escalate when necessary. Enablement & Support Provide training and documentation for GTM teams on processes and systems. Key skills:  You’ll have:  5+ Years experience in Revenue Operations Sales Operations or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company. Exceptional spreadsheet and data analysis skills to analyze data and provide actionable insights. The Manager Revenue Operations is responsible for ensuring the accuracy efficiency and compliance of revenue processes across both customer billing and contract lifecycle management. This role serves as a key liaison between Legal Sales Billing and Finance to ensure that contract terms are accurately reflected in financial systems and result in timely and accurate invoicing. The Manager drives process improvements monitors performance metrics and ensures end-to-end alignment across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. Major Responsibilities Billing Operations Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of invoicing across assigned regions or lines of business. Collaborate with Finance to ensure billing aligns with revenue targets and forecasting inputs. Serve as the escalation point for billing issues providing root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Contract Operations Partner with Legal Sales and Billing teams to ensure executed contracts accurately reflect financial and billing terms. Maintain contract data (pricing invoicing schedules SLAs) in CRM and billing systems to enable accurate revenue capture. Monitor contract milestones such as renewals amendments and expirations to ensure proactive billing and revenue continuity. Support audits and compliance by ensuring contract documentation is complete and accessible. Act as a subject matter expert for billing-related contract questions and system setup requirements.
