Dive into experimentation data to identify issues and address customer needs iterating on code as necessary. What it takes to succeed: - Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders to execute on high impact technical projects. Relevant experience in at least one server-side programming language preferably Python. Relevant Experience with Javascript / Typescript. Familiarity with popular server-side web frameworks (Django Flask etc.) or modern JS frameworks (React Angular Vue etc.). Keen interest in tackling scalability reliability and performance challenges.
