5–8+ years in DevOps SRE or infrastructure engineering Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise Strong Infrastructure as Code experience Proven ownership of complex production systems Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions Strong signals Kubernetes and container platforms at scale Experience with high-availability SaaS products Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 SOC
