Position Lead Twilio Developer Experience 5+ Years Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle including solution design estimation development testing deployment and production support for Twilio-based applications. Design and develop enterprise communication solutions using Twilio Flex Studio TaskRouter Functions and other Twilio platform capabilities. Build scalable front-end and back-end applications using React.js Redux Node.js and TypeScript to deliver high-performance customer engagement solutions. Collaborate with solution architects UX teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements and wireframes into scalable technical solutions. Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers conducting code reviews and driving engineering best practices across the development team. Develop and integrate cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services to ensure scalability security and high availability. Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams in a consulting environment providing technical guidance and delivering customer-centric solutions. Apply strong software engineering principles including data structures algorithms design patterns and Agile/Scrum methodologies to build high-quality applications. Demonstrate excellent analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills while effectively handling multiple priorities.
