Location Remote A USA-based company in the wellness industry is looking for a friendly and professional Client Service Representative to join our remote team. Full-Time Position 40 hours per week Working Hours USA Central Standard Time (CST) 800 AM – 500 PM South Africa (SAST) 300 PM – 1200 AM (Midnight) Responsibilities Assist clients by phone email and messaging. Answer client questions and provide support. Help clients with basic technical issues. Schedule appointments and follow up with clients. Keep client information up to date in the CRM. Complete general administrative tasks. Work with the team to ensure clients receive excellent service. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. At least 2 years' experience in customer service or administration. Good technical skills are essential. Confident using computers and helping clients with basic software or device issues. Previous CRM experience is essential. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Good attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage your time well. Contactable references are required. Home Office Requirements Reliable laptop or desktop computer. Webcam and quality noise-cancelling headset. Fibre internet Minimum 50 Mbps download / 25 Mbps upload Recommended 100 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload Quiet workspace suitable for professional calls.
