Full Stack Web Developer (Next.js & Python Django)

Candidate Profile We are looking for a highly hands on Full Stack Web Developer who can independently own the entire website ecosystem. The successful candidate should be capable of developing new features resolving complex technical issues writing clean and scalable code implementing custom functionality and ensuring the website remains secure high performing and reliable. They should require minimal supervision and be able to work closely with the Marketing team to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Full Stack Web Developer (Next.js & Python Django) Website Development & Technical Ownership

• Take complete ownership of the UAS website across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Python Django).
• Develop new website pages landing pages and reusable components following modern development standards.
• Build scalable maintainable and secure web applications and features.
• Perform custom development to support business marketing and operational requirements.
• Maintain high quality documentation for custom developments and integrations. Website Maintenance & Technical Support
• Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve all website related technical issues across the frontend backend server APIs and integrations.
• Identify root causes of bugs and implement permanent solutions rather than temporary fixes.
• Resolve production issues with minimal downtime while ensuring website stability.
• Monitor website health and proactively identify performance bottlenecks broken functionality and security vulnerabilities.
• Ensure all website forms APIs integrations redirects and dynamic features function correctly at all times.
• Maintain website compatibility across modern browsers and devices. Code Quality & Development Standards
• Write clean modular reusable and well documented code that follows industry best practices.
• Follow coding standards and design patterns to ensure long term maintainability and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and continuously refactor existing code to improve quality and performance.
• Maintain version control using Git and follow structured branching and deployment practices.
• Ensure all developments are thoroughly tested before deployment to production. Performance & Technical Optimisation
• Continuously improve website performance Core Web Vitals accessibility and overall user experience.
• Optimize frontend and backend performance through efficient coding caching database optimization lazy loading and asset optimization.
• Implement technical SEO recommendations to improve crawlability indexation and search engine performance. Required
