Tele caller executive

Telecaller is responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote products or services answer queries generate leads and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls or answer incoming calls. Explain the company's products or services to customers. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information. Follow up with potential and existing customers. Meet daily or monthly calling and sales targets (if applicable). Required

Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer and phone handling skills. Confidence patience and a positive attitude. Ability to convince and assist customers. Basic English and/or Hindi communication skills. Pay ₹8626.54 - ₹20188.51 per month
