"Product management generates a lot of recurring work — reporting reviewing documents tracking decisions. Much of it is structured enough to automate yet it still consumes hours every week. As our AI Productivity Intern you'll change that. You'll work directly with product managers to identify high-friction workflows and replace them with AI-powered routines and interactive tools. Think less ""copy-paste from a doc into a Jira ticket"" and more ""the agent already drafted it."" Less ""review a report in a meeting with 50 stakeholders"" and more ""an AI-native tool that enables offline review and makes the review faster and richer.""This is a build-and-ship role. You'll go from problem to working prototype quickly using modern AI APIs and automation frameworks. ➡ What you'll do ➡ Interview product managers to surface repetitive tasks that are good candidates for automation Design and build AI routines that run on a schedule or on demand (e.g. decision digests status summaries feedback aggregation) Replace static document-based review processes with interactive AI-assisted tools Measure time saved and iterate based on adoption Document what you build so it outlasts your internship What you'll need ➡ Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science Data Science or a related engineering discipline during the entire duration of the internship Comfortable building with APIs and writing scripts or small applications (Python or TypeScript preferred) Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering — you've built something with an AI API before Able to talk to non-technical stakeholders and translate vague pain points into concrete specs Bias toward shipping you'd rather put an imperfect tool in front of users than perfect something in isolation Nice-to-have ➡ Experience with workflow automation tools Exposure to product management processes or working in a product team Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot Teams SharePoint) Experience with Claude code What you'll get ➡ A real problem to solve with real users — product managers who will tell you immediately if what you built is useful Hands-on experience with production AI tooling Mentorship ➡ What we offer A competitive compensation package of course.
