Core4ce is seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer with a strong background supporting Department of War (DoW) and federal government contracts. This individual will be responsible for proactively identifying engaging and building pipelines of highly qualified technical professionals. The ideal candidate understands the DoW contracting environment and can effectively distinguish between candidates who meet a technical requirement and those who are truly qualified for the position.
