Job Description

Responsibilities Experienced in Core HR design and delivery including conversions integrations reporting testing and downstream impacts across HCM modules. Proactively identifies risks dependencies and opportunities driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery. Collaborates effectively with functional technical and business stakeholders to develop scalable end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives. Proven client-facing lead capable of guiding discussions across workstreams and driving integrated cross-functional solutions. Act with integrity professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications A minimum of 6 years of experience Oracle-certified in both Core HR and Onboarding. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level Preferred experience in construction or highly unionized workforce Experience guiding clients towards best practices Must have 4 full cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations Prefer experience with implementations for over 20000 employees = KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) seeks a contractor in the United States to provide service to KPMG through one of our contracted employer/agency service providers.
