What you’ll do

Support corporate entity activities completing corporate and/or governmental forms tracking progress updating parties involved and data sites Aid in crucial projects gathering and/or preparation of documents obtaining necessary signatures distribution of documents and scanning organizing and filing of documents throughout and at the end of the project Assist with general corporate housekeeping matters gathering and/or preparation of documents such as corporate resolutions minutes and consents preparation of documents for signatures and scanning organizing and filing of documents Contribute to Board of Director activities and meetings gathering and/or preparation of documents distributing and filing documents needed for board and committee meetings Assist with shareholder equity activity prepare distribute and organize equity related documents Proof and edit documents Assist with clerical duties and file organization tasks Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned or requested Collaborate with other members of the legal department as needed What you’ll need To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company Paralegal Certification required Associate's degree is required 2-4 years of corporate legal experience including with a publicly traded company preferred Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills Self-starter reliable professional able to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel PowerPoint) Adobe Acrobat DocuSign Smartsheets & Google Suite Willingness to support all members of the legal department personnel where needed Must deliver high quality work product and can follow up and follow through Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary with the ability to interact professionally with executive personnel attorneys staff and employees Physical abilities & exposures Routinely Engage in standard office activities such as standing sitting and using computers for extended periods.
