Top performers earn $100000+ per year. ## What You'll Do - Own and drive PGDR's lead generation strategy across our hyper-local marketing channels digital campaigns and lead platforms - Work inside our lead and scheduling systems (HouseCall Pro Topline Pro) to track leads from first contact through booked appointment - Build and optimize campaigns that convert into calendar-booked paying customers — not just clicks or form fills - Continuously test and refine channels messaging and offers to increase booked-job volume month over month - Report on lead source performance and collaborate with our scheduling team to ensure smooth handoff from lead to booked job ## Compensation This role is structured to reward performance directly. These numbers apply to net-new booked jobs you generate on top of our existing baseline of 100 booked jobs/month — this role is about growing volume beyond what we already book not taking credit for existing business - First 3 months $2500/month base pay while you build campaigns ramp lead flow and get up to speed on our systems - Month 4 and beyond Commission-based pay tied directly to results - $50 per booked job — for every new additional lead that converts to a paying customer with an appointment on the calendar (up to 150 net-new jobs/month on top of the existing 100/month baseline) - $60 per booked job — for every net-new job over 150/month (beyond the 100 baseline + 150 target = 250 total booked jobs in that month) - $2000 bonus — if you hit 2000 total net-new booked jobs for the year by December 31 (""2K for 2K"") There is no cap on what you can earn. The more net-new booked paying jobs you drive on top of our existing business the more you make — every month.
