We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Intern (Mandarin Speaker) to support the testing and quality assurance of our AI chatbot callbot and conversational AI solutions. This role is responsible for executing manual testing validating chatbot conversations in both English and Mandarin identifying defects and ensuring product quality before release. Key Responsibilities AI Chatbot & Callbot Testing Execute manual testing for AI chatbot and callbot applications across web and messaging platforms. Validate chatbot conversation flows intents responses and user journeys in both English and Mandarin. Test AI responses for accuracy usability grammar and contextual relevance. Verify multilingual chatbot functionality with a focus on Mandarin conversations. Functional & Regression Testing Perform functional regression integration and user acceptance testing (UAT). Verify new features and enhancements before product releases. Ensure reported issues have been resolved through retesting. Test Documentation Create and maintain test cases test scenarios and test execution reports. Document defects clearly with reproduction steps screenshots and supporting evidence. Maintain testing documentation for future reference. Bug Tracking Report and track software defects using tools such as ClickUp GitHub Jira or similar platforms. Work closely with developers to validate bug fixes and ensure quality standards are met. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and Customer Success teams to understand business requirements. Participate in sprint testing activities and product review sessions. Provide feedback to improve product usability and customer experience. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and product quality. Learn and apply best practices in software testing and AI quality assurance. Minimum Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field. Internship experience or coursework in Software Testing or Quality Assurance is an advantage. Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Familiarity with manual testing concepts and software testing methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills. Language Requirements Proficient in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Mandarin (written and spoken) to perform testing of Mandarin chatbot and callbot conversations and validate language accuracy. Technical & Tool Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace Bug tracking tools (ClickUp Jira GitHub or similar) Basic understanding of API testing tools such as Postman (preferred) Familiarity with browser developer tools is an advantage Basic understanding of AI chatbot or conversational AI concepts is a plus Application Question(s) Are you able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi tasks?
