Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timely processing and accuracy. Oversee payroll administration ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks Sage Xero or similar platforms to maintain precise financial records. Conduct regular account reconciliations to verify data integrity across all ledgers. Perform detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly. Develop and monitor budgets to support departmental and organizational financial goals. Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures ensuring all financial statements are complete and compliant with accounting standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting management or a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong proficiency with accounting software including QuickBooks Sage Xero and other relevant platforms. Extensive knowledge of accounts payable accounts receivable payroll processing and account reconciliation techniques. Ability to perform detailed account analysis and maintain accurate financial records. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field CPA certification is a plus. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting standards is highly desirable.
