This is a part-time remote position where you'll get to work on a variety of projects in the consumer space. Your primary focus will be ensuring the development team is on track and customers launch on time. Compensation is based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supporting project manager by updating product backlogs project schedules and project budgets. Communicating project status tasks and due dates with internal and external stakeholders Scheduling meetings and communicating with clients management and engineering teams. Assisting with the management of project deadlines milestones scope and schedules Facilitating sprint planning meetings sprint reviews and stand-up calls Understanding the Retronyms engineering process to effectively set and manage client expectations Utilizing strong communication skills to influence team decisions and inspire breakthrough results Identifying and understanding project risks and escalating conflicts to management as appropriate. Prioritizing and removing blockers to ensure successful product launches Taking on additional responsibilities that affect/benefit the project as they arise. About you You work well in small groups and can get a lot done independently. Watching projects/products evolve from inception to completion brings you joy. Ideally you Have 1-2 years of project coordination experience Understand the project management areas of competency procedures and methodology. Are familiar with project management tools Have excellent organizational and time management skills Have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management Are curious about our process and want to influence the implementation methodology Skills and Experience that Set you apart Knowledge of agile software development practices Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
