The Learning and Development Business Partner (LDBP) is a hands-on instructional design contributor responsible for designing and developing custom learning and enablement solutions that build team member skills and capabilities. This role independently manages a portfolio of learning projects through the full lifecycle from needs assessment and design through development implementation and evaluation.
