What You’ll Do Solution Design Take solutions from concept to production including Gen AI development data pipelines database and API integrations. Data Pipeline Collaboration Work closely with other engineers to define build and monitor efficient data pipelines that support AI model development and deployment. Data Exploration & Pipeline Collaboration Dive deep into complex datasets to surface insights and work closely with engineers to define and validate the data pipelines that feed model development. Benchmarking & Evaluation Design and maintain robust evaluation frameworks for AI Agents providing data-driven insights that help evaluate and measure Agents' performance. Structured Experimentation Hypothesize design implement and measure experiments to formulate solutions and actionable optimization steps. Qualifications Master's in Statistics Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or similar experience Expertise on GenAI LLMs and evaluation techniques. Proficiency in designing and developing embedding-based representations including similarity search and retrieval workflows. Hands-on experience building agentic workflows in production environments. Experienced in architecting extraction pipelines using schema-constrained LLMs to transform unstructured data into validated production-ready formats. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English capable of communicating complex technical ideas clearly. Working effectively with AI coding agents to enhance productivity. Strong programming skills in Python. Commitment to high-quality production ready code. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
