This one hands you two working departments a half-built scheduling system two empty org charts and an 18-month runway to 4× the operation. You'll inherit Meta/TikTok and Reddit on day one — roughly 17 people already shipping content. In June you'll hire a YouTube Director and launch that department from scratch. In August you'll do the same for Twitter. By the start of 2027 you'll be running distribution for 87 creators across four platforms with a team of 30+. The infrastructure you build in your first six months will carry the agency through the biggest growth phase in its history. This is the role for someone who reads ""build it from zero"" and feels their pulse go up — not down. We're a creator management agency in a high-velocity niche and we're moving fast enough that the scope of this seat will be unrecognizable a year in. What We're Looking For 5+ years in senior multi-platform social media operations ideally agency-side with a proven record of growing traffic reach and revenue across managed accounts. You've launched a platform team from zero before — YouTube or Twitter from scratch is directly relevant. You've managed managers and held senior operators to standards without becoming their peer. You've owned a violations or compliance feedback loop — catching issues is table stakes diagnosing the upstream cause and closing it is what we're hiring for. You think critically across platforms. You can walk into a novel compliance situation that's not in the playbook and make a defensible call from first principles. You're operationally fluent with scheduling and autoposter tooling. You use AI tools daily. You're comfortable directing distribution for adult-adjacent creator content. Location & Hours We're hiring in South Africa and the Philippines. 100% remote.
