As Solvd Group continues to grow we are strengthening our global procurement and Tech-Finance capabilities and are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) with Finance backgroud. In this role you will drive sourcing and negotiation activities across multiple indirect categories—including IT services marketing travel and professional services—while enabling efficient procurement processes strong supplier relationships and continuous risk management. You will also be part of the Tech Finance team and partner with technology and business teams to provide financial planning analysis and governance for IT and digital transformation initiatives costs. This role supports budgeting forecasting cost controlling while ensuring financial transparency and alignment with strategic business objectives. What You Will Do Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement standards. Lead supplier selection processes commercial negotiations and contract management activities. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver value-driven solutions. Identify cost-saving opportunities procurement efficiencies and process improvements. Manage supplier performance governance and risk assessment activities. Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Support cross-functional procurement initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities for technology and digital programs. Monitor financial performance and provide analysis of budget versus actual spending. Partner with technology leaders to evaluate business cases investment proposals and ROI opportunities. Prepare financial reports dashboards and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights recommendations and risk assessments related to technology investments and spending. What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement sourcing supplier management or a related field. Experience managing indirect spend categories such as IT services marketing travel or professional services. Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills including budgeting forecasting variance analysis and business case development. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and analysis tools. Strong negotiation communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work independently within an international and matrix organization. Experience collaborating with multiple business units and stakeholders. Knowledge of procurement and ERP platforms such as SAP Ariba is an advantage. Fluent English is essential Spanish is highly valued and German is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance Supply Chain Management or a related field. A Master's degree is considered a plus. Do you see many similarities with your profile?
