Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer with strong technical foundations a product mindset and the ability to independently solve complex engineering challenges. The required qualifications and skills include Significant experience building and operating production software in modern product engineering environments. Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience designing scalable and distributed systems. Hands-on experience developing backend applications using PHP (Symfony) Node.js and TypeScript. Experience working with frontend technologies such as Angular (TypeScript) is considered an advantage. Strong understanding of modern data architectures scalable data pipelines and distributed storage solutions. Experience with cloud infrastructure messaging systems infrastructure automation and containerized environments. Knowledge of AWS Kubernetes Terraform Helm and cloud-native service architectures. Experience with databases and data technologies such as PostgreSQL Redis and MongoDB. Strong understanding of observability monitoring debugging and operating production systems at scale. Experience with automated testing CI/CD pipelines continuous delivery and engineering best practices. Ability to independently solve complex technical problems while keeping customer and business outcomes in mind. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable taking ownership making technical trade-offs and driving initiatives forward in ambiguous situations. Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based solutions to improve engineering workflows.
