Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural drawings construction documents and design packages for US-based projects.
- Prepare schematic design design development and construction documentation sets.
- Ensure compliance with US building codes (IBC ADA and local jurisdiction requirements).
- Coordinate with structural MEP and civil disciplines.
- Collaborate with US-based project teams and clients across time zones.

- Working knowledge of SketchUp and/or Rhino (preferred)
