Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quadient Workflow Engineer with expertise in Customer Communications Management (CCM) Quadient Inspire Azure Cloud and enterprise document workflow automation.

The ideal candidate

will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing end-to-end document lifecycle workflows while integrating Quadient Inspire with Azure cloud services and BlueCrest print and mail management systems. This role requires strong experience in document composition workflow orchestration cloud integration and high-volume document processing to deliver secure scalable and reliable customer communication solutions across print and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain enterprise document workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer Scaler Interactive and Automation. Build and support end-to-end document lifecycle workflows including document composition formatting bundling distribution and archival. Design and implement customer communication solutions for print email and digital delivery channels. Integrate Quadient Inspire workflows with BlueCrest (Pitney Bowes) print and mail management systems. Develop cloud-native integrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) Azure Functions Logic Apps REST APIs and Azure Service Bus/Event Grid. Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines leveraging Azure Data Lake Storage Azure Blob Storage Synapse Analytics and Databricks where applicable. Implement event-driven workflow orchestration for enterprise communication processes. Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs SOAP services XML JSON and CSV-based interfaces. Optimize workflow performance for high-volume batch processing and near real-time document generation. Implement logging monitoring alerting and error-handling frameworks to ensure operational reliability. Support document compliance audit retention and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with architecture DevOps infrastructure and business teams to deliver enterprise communication solutions. Participate in solution design code reviews testing deployment and production support. Troubleshoot workflow issues and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire including Designer Scaler Interactive and Automation. Strong expertise in enterprise document composition and customer communication management solutions. Experience integrating Quadient Inspire with BlueCrest (Pitney Bowes) print and mail systems. Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services including ADF Azure Functions Logic Apps Storage Service Bus and Event Grid. Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes workflow orchestration and enterprise integration patterns. Experience developing integrations using REST APIs SOAP services XML JSON and CSV. Knowledge of document lifecycle management compliance and output management best practices. Strong troubleshooting debugging and workflow performance optimization skills. Excellent communication analytical and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Databricks. Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and microservices. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with enterprise messaging and event-driven architectures. Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare insurance banking or financial services. Microsoft Azure certifications or Quadient certifications are an added advantage. Success Measures Delivery of reliable scalable and high-performing document workflow solutions.
