Role Overview Advocate for the team and understand the wider mission and vision of Medic Paths Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Act as the main point of contact for candidates from initial outreach to final decision Communicate clearly promptly and professionally while managing expectations Ensure a structured efficient and human-centered recruitment process Key Responsibilities Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice Draft and publish compelling job descriptions Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn job portals and direct outreach Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates Conduct initial screening interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage the offer process including negotiation Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire conversion rates and cost-per-hire Continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows Build and maintain strong talent pipelines Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition not just HR administration side or payroll only Proficiency in English + at least 1 of Mandarin and/or Cantonese Strong communication organisational and management skills High level of professionalism confidentiality and attention to detail Role Progression As we are just starting to develop our HR department there will soon be an opportunity for a HR Director position.
