Responsibilities

Respond to client inquiries and leads on Telegram Assist in managing and moderating our Telegram channels Provide support and guidance to clients attending online classes Maintain organized communication and follow-ups with clients Be a moderator for Tik Tok live from 8pm-10pm every weekdays Collaborate with the team to improve processes and client experience

Requirements

Fast learner with a willingness to improve Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu(spoken and written) Able to use Ai Chatbots to solve problems Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Team player with good communication skills Able to work remotely but punctual on TIME and KPI set by team Age requirement 18-30 yrs old This Job is very FLEXIBLE as long as you get the job done you have your time off Salary After confirmation RM2000-RM2500/month Monthly COMMISSIONS provided based on performance If you're passionate about online communities and enjoy interacting with people we'd love to hear from you!
