As a valued member of CHEP's Sales & Customer Solutions team you'll be responsible for a portfolio of some of CHEP's most strategic customers including major FMCG beverage and retail organisations operating at significant scale. This role will ideally be based in (1) Sydney (NSW) or (2) Melbourne (VIC) with a Hybrid working arrangement and some travel required. Key Responsibilities May Include Manage relationships with major customers ensuring alignment with CHEP’s strategic goals and delivering revenue growth while achieving customer satisfaction targets. Collaborate with senior leadership and internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans with a focus on identifying growth opportunities optimizing costs and promoting sustainability. Lead high-level negotiations and commercial tenders securing favorable terms that meet both business objectives and customer expectations. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities driving incremental revenue and expanding CHEP’s market presence within your portfolio. Conduct regular business reviews and audits with customers ensuring compliance with CHEP’s annual audit plan and maintaining accurate asset management records. Monitor and assess account performance metrics such as NPS and customer satisfaction developing and executing action plans to address areas for improvement. Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations driving strategic initiatives and improving supply chain efficiencies. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative value-added services and solutions that meet customer needs and promote mutual growth. What Will Ensure Your Success In The Role Proven success managing strategic customer relationships within FMCG retail packaging supply chain or other complex B2B environments Experience owning significant commercial outcomes including contract negotiations annual reviews tender processes and long-term customer growth plans Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders ranging from operational teams through to senior executives and procurement leaders Strong commercial and financial acumen including the ability to interpret data identify trends build business cases and influence decision making Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and drive outcomes through collaboration A naturally curious and proactive mindset with a passion for solving customer problems and creating win-win outcomes Experience navigating complex organisations where customer success requires alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders A completed Tertiary Qualification in Business Finance Supply Chain or a related field is advantageous.
