Requirements What we're looking for Some C programming and debugging skills Experience using Git for development and patch/branch management Experience with GNU/Linux operating system (CLI) and shell scripting Basic experience with building the Linux kernel and troubleshooting related issues English proficiency at B1 level or above (you'll be communicating a lot in English especially in writing) Self-starter who's hungry to learn Final-year student or entry-level engineer with strong basics Able to read and reason about C / systems code reviewing and validating patches is central Solid fundamentals in algorithms and data structures Comfortable using AI coding assistants day-to-day basic prompting and able to spot when the output is wrong Broad awareness of the current AI-assisted development landscape - different models for different tasks common tooling (nice-to-have) Benefits What's in it for you?
