Formulate and execute market entry and growth strategies tailored for Kazakhstan and broader Central Asian markets. Acquire build and maintain relations with key local Introducing Brokers (IBs) and high-net-worth clients. Build lead and mentor the local Sales and Business Development teams to meet KPIs. Coordinate with HQ (including Payments Compliance and Marketing teams) to optimize local payment gateways (such as local debit cards/KZT local solutions) and customer experience. Represent the company at industry events conferences and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
that WOW us Min 3-5+ years of managerial/business development experience in Retail Forex/CFDs Crypto or Fintech brokerages. Deep knowledge of the Central Asian financial landscape local payment methods and IB/affiliate networks. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English and/or Kazakh Russian or Chinese. Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities in high-growth and dynamic business environments. Proven track record of managing and scaling sales teams. Willing to travel as needed for partner engagement team support business meetings and industry events.
