Position SWE Front-End — Visual Document Understanding Type Contract Compensation $50/hour Location Remote Commitment 15–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate AI models on visual document understanding in the Front-End Engineering domain. Author complex grounded tasks with clear ground-truth outputs and objective rubrics. Design and review UI screenshots design specs and component diagrams for model accuracy. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance and task relevance. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model outputs. Qualifications Must-Have Expertise in Front-End Engineering. Experience with UI design and visual document understanding.
