We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead the design development and scaling of secure high-performance applications across the stack with an emphasis on frontend development using React and backend services with Node.js TypeScript and REST APIs. Key Responsibilities Include Leading the creation of scalable secure applications and architecture supporting AI/ML features. Driving end-to-end initiatives from conception to delivery by breaking projects into MVPs. Collaborating with product and engineering teams to align solutions with business objectives. Ensuring compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations. Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence. Evaluating new technologies and tools to improve development processes. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Include 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Node.js React TypeScript and REST APIs. Experience with AI/ML integration CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like AWS. Strong understanding of architecture security and best practices. Familiarity with MLOps AI observability and large language models. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence technical direction. Bonus points Experience in FinTech or Mortgage industries.
