Department Blue Mantis Employment Type Full Time Location Remote Reporting To Jeff Cratty Description The Pre-Sales Intern will support the Presales and Sales organizations by helping maintain opportunity data assisting with sales enablement activities coordinating with technology partners and vendors and contributing to the development of go-to-market campaigns and sales plays. This role provides hands-on experience across business development solution architecture vendor management marketing alignment and opportunity management. The ideal candidate is highly organized detail-oriented analytical and interested in technology cloud cybersecurity AI managed services and enterprise IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update opportunity records within Salesforce. Ensure Opportunities Contain Complete And Accurate Information Including Opportunity stage Estimated revenue Close dates Solution categories Campaign attribution Partner involvement Technical resource requirements Assist sales and presales teams with pipeline hygiene activities. Generate and distribute pipeline and opportunity status reports. Identify missing or inaccurate opportunity information and coordinate updates with account teams. Support forecasting and reporting efforts. Sales Enablement & Go-to-Market Support Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales plays battle cards and solution briefs. Research target industries customer trends and competitive positioning. Help develop PowerPoint presentations and customer-facing sales materials. Support the creation of executive summaries and solution overviews. Coordinate updates to internal sales enablement repositories. Assist with marketing campaign preparation and follow-up activities. Vendor & Partner Engagement Assist solution architects with preparing client-facing presentations. Support proposal quote and Statement of Work (SOW) development activities. Help collect technical information and requirements for sales opportunities. Participate in internal solution review meetings. Document meeting notes action items and follow-up tasks. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree In Business Marketing Information Technology Computer Science Communications Related field Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint Excel Word). Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong research and analytical capabilities. Interest in cloud computing cybersecurity AI networking and enterprise technology solutions. Preferred Experience Experience with Microsoft 365. Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Experience creating presentations or marketing materials. Coursework or projects related to sales marketing business development or technology.
