About The Role As a Data Analyst on Linktree's Business Analytics team you will be at the forefront of transforming vast amounts of data into actionable insights that influence product development marketing strategies and executive decisions. This role requires a proactive individual who can operate independently own analyses end-to-end and act as a trusted partner within product squads. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers Marketing teams and senior leadership to identify opportunities evaluate experiments and shape key metrics that guide the company's roadmap. Your work will directly impact the company's growth trajectory by providing clarity on complex business questions and recommending data-backed strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your insights will influence real product decisions and company success. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as a data business or product analyst in a fast-moving consumer or B2B product environment. Proficiency in SQL including joins window functions CTEs and data modeling. Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake BigQuery or Redshift. Familiarity with BI and visualization tools like Looker Mode Tableau or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially in explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Python (pandas) or dbt is a plus. Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and deliver impactful recommendations. Comfortable working in hybrid or fully remote settings within specified regions. Responsibilities Partner with product squads as an embedded analyst to size opportunities instrument launches and evaluate experiments. Own end-to-end analyses by framing questions writing SQL queries modeling data creating visualizations and delivering actionable recommendations. Build maintain and evolve dashboards and self-serve tools to support ongoing business needs. Define and document key product and business metrics in collaboration with the Analytics Engineering team to ensure consistency and clarity. Translate complex analytical findings into straightforward non-technical language for diverse audiences including product managers marketers and executives. Promote best practices in data hygiene including clear metric definitions reproducible queries and version-controlled analyses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across platforms.
