Role Overview An Implementations Engineer will build and architect the core insurance and data infrastructure supporting eligibility verification and claims processes. They collaborate directly with partner organizations during implementation to ensure smooth reliable onboarding making foundational technical decisions at the early stage of product development. The role involves utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and creating clear documentation for a fully remote team. Responsibilities Design and develop insurance and data systems critical to business operations Partner with clients and internal teams to facilitate rapid onboarding and deployment Make key technical decisions in a startup environment Leverage AI tools to scale individual contributions Document processes clearly for remote team members Qualifications & Skills 5-7+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals Experience making technical decisions at early product stages Excellent written communication skills Proven ability to build robust scalable systems in production Comfort with AI tools to enhance impact Empathy for autoimmune health experiences and a growth mindset Persistent resourceful and eager to learn Preferred Attributes Healthcare experience or passion for autoimmune and women’s health outcomes is a plus.
