IT PM/Salesforce Administrator Location Providence RI Contract Hourly Pay Range $40-$54 Our client in Rhode Island is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager and Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their data systems within a hybrid remote environment. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Salesforce administration project coordination and data visualization looking to contribute to critical system operations and improvements. Key Responsibilities Plans coordinates and manages IT projects and system enhancement initiatives. Administers and maintains the Salesforce platform ensuring optimal system performance. Supports ongoing system maintenance and operational activities. Coordinates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities for system changes. Creates and maintains Salesforce and Tableau reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Leads small-scale system enhancements ensuring successful testing deployment and stakeholder communication. Manages technology initiatives Salesforce administration activities and data visualization efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience. Experience creating Salesforce reports and dashboards. Experience using Tableau for reporting and data visualization. Proven ability to manage IT projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical organizational and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience working in government healthcare education or human services environments. Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience managing vendors and technical consultants.
