Position Healthcare Data Project Manager Type Full-Time

Compensation

$400K - $550K/yr

Responsibilities

Own and manage projects end to end ensuring top AI Lab clients are extremely satisfied with deliverables. Oversee complex healthcare and medical data pipelines focusing on improving efficiency accuracy and scalability. Manage teams of Human Data Managers and Leads reviewing the work of healthcare and medical subject-matter experts. Communicate directly with top AI Labs regarding massive high-impact projects and their progress. Collaborate with Human Data Engineers to define track and optimize key performance indicators across expert-driven workflows. Provide executive-level insights and updates on key projects data performance and operational impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

Have an MD as a strong plus though not mandatory. Possess a background in data operations engineering computer science or significant exposure to healthcare and medicine. Have at least of experience in a leadership role managing large-scale or healthcare-focused data projects. Demonstrate a passion for building from the ground up and executing solutions rapidly in high-stakes environments. Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management abilities particularly when working with senior healthcare and medical experts.
