AI Digital is an AI-native programmatic media consultancy that builds next-generation advertising technology powered by AI large-scale data infrastructure and cloud-native engineering. We're looking for Director of Engineering to lead our engineering organization and define the technical strategy behind our core platforms. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines engineering leadership technical vision and close collaboration with Product Data and AI teams. You will lead engineering teams responsible for our data platform internal platform and AI-powered advertising products helping shape the future of our technology organization. Responsibilities Lead the engineering organization across data platform AI and product engineering teams. Define and execute the company's engineering strategy in partnership with Product and executive leadership. Own the architecture scalability reliability and delivery of our core data and advertising platforms. Drive the development of AI-powered products internal platforms and automation solutions. Oversee engineering for our programmatic advertising products including DSP integrations supply-side technology and campaign activation platforms. Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams while establishing engineering best practices and operational excellence. Requirements 8+ years in technology leadership including 3+ years managing engineering teams of 10+ engineers. Proven experience leading multiple engineering workstreams across infrastructure product and internal platforms. Strong people leadership with a track record of hiring developing and retaining senior engineering talent. Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem including DSPs SSPs RTB and programmatic advertising. Experience with major DSP APIs including DV360 The Trade Desk and Xandr. Strong knowledge of cloud-native data platforms preferably GCP/BigQuery and modern data pipelines. Experience bringing AI/LLM-powered applications into production. Strong understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD Docker and Kubernetes.
