Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Systems Administrator to support Linux-based development environments used by global engineering teams. In this role you'll troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues support CI/CD pipelines improve operational processes through automation and collaborate closely with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable environments. Fluent English communication is required as you'll work directly with international teams and stakeholders on a daily basis.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve complex Linux infrastructure and application support issues. Support and maintain CI/CD environments and developer platforms. Investigate incidents perform root cause analysis and drive long-term solutions. Develop automation using Bash and Python to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with Engineering DevOps and Support teams across multiple regions. Improve system reliability monitoring and operational processes. Participate in incident response and on-call rotations when required. Contribute to documentation knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on experience administering Linux environments (RHEL Ubuntu CentOS or similar). Experience with Bash and Python scripting. Experience supporting CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or GitHub Actions. Familiarity with Git build systems and software development workflows. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS HTTP/S SSH). Experience working with ServiceNow Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

AWS Azure or GCP exposure. Docker or containerization experience. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot Cursor or AI-assisted development tools. ITIL Foundation certification.
