This role requires exceptional attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced client-focused environment. Responsibilities Prepare and file standard advanced and specialized business license applications and renewals across a variety of clients and industries. Process approximately 50-100 applications per week depending on complexity. Partner with Account Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of pending filing requests and resolve barriers to licensure. Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal databases and systems. Communicate updates to filing requirements and licensing processes to appropriate internal teams. Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional and team-oriented environment. Prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure all filings are completed in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of customer service client support or application processing experience. Strong experience with administrative support document management data entry or compliance-related work. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated ability to prioritize multitask and work independently in a deadline-driven environment. Preferred Experience Business licensing or registration experience. Experience in legal compliance financial services insurance or other document-intensive industries. Familiarity with internal databases case management systems or workflow management tools.
