Noble Roots Capital is a fast-growing real estate investment firm specializing in sourcing and acquiring below-market residential and commercial opportunities nationwide. We’re expanding our acquisitions team and looking for sharp driven Junior Associates who can handle the full cycle of deal flow — from outreach and underwriting to offers and follow-up. What You’ll Do • Source and qualify motivated sellers and off-market opportunities • Perform basic property underwriting (ARV estimates repair scopes comps simple cash-flow analysis) • Prepare and send offers / LOIs • Manage follow-up pipelines and maintain clean CRM records • Support senior team members on deal packaging and investor communications • Participate in two paid in-person team events per year (travel covered) Who We’re Looking For • Current college students or recent graduates (all majors welcome) • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can talk to people and close loops • Comfortable with sales-oriented outreach and relationship building • Basic analytical ability (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency preferred) • Self-motivated organized and able to work independently in a remote environment • Prior sales customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required Compensation & Structure • Fully performance-based compensation with clear uncapped upside • Remote flexibility (ideal for students balancing class schedules) • Two paid in-person team events annually • Direct mentorship from partners and path to higher-level roles as you produce How to Apply Send a short note introducing yourself + your résumé (or LinkedIn profile) to the team.
