In this position you’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of work quality and ensuring service delivery targets are consistently met. As part of your duties you’ll carry out internal audits including telephony and file reviews. You’ll also analyse trends identify training requirements and work on developing new claims process improvements with client approval. Additionally you’ll prepare management information reports to highlight key trends pinpoint hot spots and propose effective solutions. Your role will also involve active participation in client and customer management.
