About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives for a large complex organization. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence business process reengineering process automation and continuous improvement across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate

will be a strategic process leader with a strong background in BPM consulting process optimization and organizational change management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide business process management and transformation initiatives. Design and implement process architecture governance frameworks and process improvement methodologies. Identify opportunities for process automation optimization and reengineering. Analyze business processes operational metrics and performance data to drive measurable improvements. Establish BPM best practices standards tools templates and governance structures. Align business process architecture with strategic business capabilities and organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency effectiveness and business outcomes. Serve as a change champion guiding process improvement efforts across a matrixed environment. Train and mentor process owners change agents and business leaders on BPM methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

Required Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management Process Transformation Process Improvement or Management Consulting. Strong expertise in process mapping optimization reengineering and governance. Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives. Advanced analytical problem-solving and data analysis skills. Excellent written verbal and stakeholder communication skills. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and process documentation tools. Preferred PMI Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification. Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). BPM-related certifications. Experience building BPM Centers of Excellence (CoE) and enterprise governance frameworks.
