This is an opportunity for an experienced 360 Technology Recruitment Consultant who enjoys building a niche market developing new client relationships and owning a full recruitment desk. You'll have the autonomy to grow your own practice while benefiting from a highly competitive commission structure strong operational support and significant investment in technology and recruitment resources. Responsibilities Manage a full 360 recruitment desk including business development candidate sourcing client management and search execution. Develop new client relationships and consistently generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hiring managers and candidates within your specialist market. Proactively headhunt and develop talent pipelines within your niche. Own the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement. Build a balanced desk consisting of both permanent and contract recruitment. Utilize your network to generate introductions referrals and new hiring opportunities. Grow your market through consistent business development and relationship management. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience within technology staffing or recruitment. At least 5 years specializing within a specific technology or industry vertical. Experience managing a full 360 recruitment desk. A proven track record of generating new business and developing client relationships. Strong business development and sales skills. Experience placing both permanent and contract professionals. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a specialist market.
