In this role you'll design and optimize modern data pipelines within a hybrid SaaS and on-premise environment helping ensure reliable secure and high-quality data across the organization. You'll also play a key role in extending and maintaining the company's Elastic Hierarchy framework while collaborating with cross-functional engineering analytics and product teams. What You'll Do Design develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python. Build and optimize data workflows across multiple data sources and formats (JSON CSV XML etc.). Develop transformation models using DBT. Create and manage orchestration workflows with Airflow Prefect or Dagster. Ensure data quality governance security and reliability across the platform. Extend and optimize the Elastic Hierarchy data framework. Collaborate with Analytics Machine Learning and Product teams to deliver business-ready datasets. Support data operations across SaaS and on-premise deployments. Continuously improve data infrastructure performance scalability and maintainability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Data Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. Strong Python programming skills. Hands-on experience building modern ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience with DBT. Experience with at least one orchestration platform Apache Airflow Prefect Dagster Experience working with Snowflake MongoDB PostgreSQL Experience processing structured and semi-structured data. Solid understanding of data governance data quality reconciliation and attribution processes. Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premise environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
