We are looking for a Guidewire Business Analyst Experience Required -5+ Years Its a permanent full time role (no contract) Location - USA (remote) Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain specifically in Personal Lines Guidewire products(PolicyCenter ClaimCenter BillingCenter Guidewire Digital DataHub InfoCenter etc.) Guidewire implementation JIRA and Confluence Roles & Responsibilities • Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance domain focusing on Guidewire Policy Center Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements • Min 5yrs of hands-on experience as business analyst in driving requirement gathering session with business stakeholders • Gather analyze and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops interviews and requirement sessions. • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) user stories use cases process flows and acceptance criteria. • Act as a liaison between business users product owners developers architects and QA teams. • Communicate requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Provide recommendations and validate proposed solutions • Conducts research generates comparisons draws conclusions makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change. • Support SIT UAT regression and integration testing. Validate business requirements against implemented solutions.
