MINTBUS holds the exclusive distribution rights for a groundbreaking non-invasive wearable medical device to significantly improve the quality of life for people living with Parkinson's. Registered with the HSA and successfully selling in the Singapore market since 2025 we are positioned for meaningful growth with our current commercial strategy focused on outreach and driving adoption. The Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to inject vibrant energy into our sales operations. Because the product directly impacts the daily lives of people with Parkinson's this role requires a unique balance of sharp commercial acumen and profound empathy. You will take a leading position in the B2B/B2C sales of the product while also understanding the end-user journey. You will be expected to bring creative modern sales strategies to the table. We need someone who leverages productivity software to keep pipelines pristine pays attention to detail and possesses the drive to expand our footprint beyond Singapore - specifically into Vietnam and the wider Southeast Asian market. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales & Pitching Confidently pitch our product to neurologists clinic managers and healthcare professionals translating clinical benefits into compelling value propositions. Pipeline & Process Management Utilize modern CRM and productivity software to meticulously organize sales pipelines track leads and generate insightful performance reports. Creative & Marketing Strategy Bring fresh creative elements to our sales approach finding innovative ways to engage healthcare providers and increase market penetration. Apply a fundamental understanding of marketing principles to craft cohesive messaging identify target audience needs and effectively position our product within the local market. High-Touch Customer Care Build nurture and maintain deep relationships within the Parkinson's community. Deliver an exceptional high-touch level of personalized service and empathy to patients and their caregivers recognizing the sensitive nature of their needs. Account Management Cultivate and maintain strong long-term relationships with key medical stakeholders and key opinion leaders across Singapore. Regional Expansion Leverage regional market knowledge to spearhead expansion efforts particularly capitalizing on our exclusive distribution rights in Vietnam. Collaborative Leadership Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a seamless customer journey from the initial pitch to the final product delivery. What You Bring (Requirements) Experience Minimum 5 years of proven successful sales experience specifically within the medical device or MedTech industry. Self-Motivated & Autonomous This role requires a high degree of self-motivation and autonomy with a mix of field sales and remote reporting to the HQ in Korea. Organizational Excellence Exceptional attention to detail and a highly structured approach to managing time accounts and data.
