For our client we are seeking a Senior Director Solutions Engineering Americas Remote to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems platform reliability and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering product operations and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture execution quality and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment. Location Remote - US based candidates only no visa sponsorship available Compensation $337000 – $425000 annually Responsibilities Recruit and mentor a diverse team of Solutions Engineers Engage actively in customer conversations and technical demos Own regional KPIs including ARR and NRR Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts Collaborate with Sales leadership on customer programs and events Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering teams Create collateral to support customer success strategies Enable local geo and global channel partners Conduct quarterly career conversations and manage team performance Provide field insights to influence internal processes and product direction Qualifications 3+ years in a Director-level role in high tech 5-10 years in various technical roles (Developer Architect Sales Engineer etc.) Hands-on approach to technology and product engagement Experience selling monitoring data or visualization products Proven success in fast-paced high-growth remote-first environments Mentoring and developing team performance skills Familiarity with formal sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or similar frameworks Benefits Equity Bonus opportunities Additional employee benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
