Role Collibra Data Governance Solution Lead Title AVP/VP Location Boston MA Mode of Work 3 days/week onsite Required Experience 8- 12 years Job Overview Collibra solution requirements leader to help drive data governance standard implementation including solution requirements for the Collibra Data Intelligence platform implementation for requirement related to BCBS 239 data governance. This includes key focus on Critical Data Element governance data lineage and related data governance controls workflow automation in Collibra for related to Critical Data Element governance and certification Data Lineage Validation and Certification and related performance metrics reporting. Additionally we need expertise in Collibra Data Quality module to implement data quality measurement framework and dashboards. The Data governance solution lead will collaborate with business unit data governance leads and technology teams to define requirements for the data governance platform to be implemented by technology team. Key Responsibilities Understand industry best practices for implement BCBS 239 principle requirements into Collibra data governance solutions. Elaborate BCBS 239 requirement and related data governance policy requirements into functional requirements for data governance platform implementation. Researching data governance best practices and interview key stakeholders to elicit requirements for enterprise data catalog features workflows and KPI metrics reporting. Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to development teams by creating clear functional requirements documentation (e.g. system use cases or user stories). Engage business unit data governance teams and data governance platform IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of data governance platform requirements. Present and demonstrate State Street’s Data Governance Platform capabilities Provide training and support to users to enable effective adoption of new or updated features being implemented. Become a product and platform SME on State Street’s Collibra Data Catalog platform.
