Requirements The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare market research leader with strong analytical expertise commercial awareness and proven success managing client relationships. This professional should be comfortable leading teams presenting complex insights to senior stakeholders and operating independently in a fast-moving environment. Bachelor’s degree required advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical healthcare or life sciences market research with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role preferred. Proven experience in client-facing positions including leading presentations managing relationships and delivering strategic recommendations. Strong ability to establish credibility with clients and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including survey design data analysis and statistical approaches. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical business practices healthcare markets and commercial challenges. Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex therapeutic and business concepts clearly. Demonstrated experience managing projects teams timelines and multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent presentation communication and stakeholder management skills.
