We are now looking for a passionate Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can lead our technology vision build scalable products and grow with the company on our mission to transform healthcare through AI. Role Description GeoPathos is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology Development. This is an Equity-Based opportunity making it suitable for someone who believes in building startups and wants to grow with the company over the long term. As CTO you will be responsible for leading the complete technical development of the product including Full Stack development AI/ML implementation software architecture cloud infrastructure and deployment. You will work closely with the founder to build a scalable healthcare platform and guide future technical hiring and product development. The role is hybrid with flexibility to work remotely while collaborating with the team when required. Qualifications Strong experience in Full Stack Development (React Next.js Node.js Express.js FastAPI Django or similar technologies). Good knowledge of AI/ML including Python TensorFlow PyTorch Scikit-learn OpenCV or related frameworks. Experience with REST APIs databases (MongoDB PostgreSQL MySQL) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP). Understanding of software architecture scalable system design and secure application development. Experience with Git GitHub Docker and deployment pipelines. Ability to lead technical decisions and manage product development. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Interest in healthcare technology AI IoT or MedTech is an added advantage.
